Terms & Conditions

Mighty Clean Terms & Conditions

General

These Terms & Conditions apply to the website and cleaning services provided by Mighty Clean Cleaning Company (“Mighty Clean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please review these terms before booking services. Service-related terms will be made available when you accept a quote or booking. Any separately accepted written service agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Quotes and Service Agreements

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote does not confirm an appointment. Services are confirmed when we accept the requested work and communicate the agreed scope, pricing, scheduling, and any applicable conditions.

Quotes are based on the information provided about the property, its condition, and the requested tasks. Please provide accurate details, including unusual buildup, access restrictions, hazards, or special requirements.

If conditions differ materially from those described, we may propose changes to the scope, price, or schedule. We will seek your approval before performing additional work or imposing additional charges. If we cannot agree on a revised plan, we may decline the additional work or stop services safely.

Scope of Cleaning Services

We perform the cleaning tasks included in your accepted quote or service agreement. Service descriptions and sample checklists on our website are general guides and do not automatically include every task at every visit.

Deep cleaning, appliance interiors, laundry, linen changes, restocking, and other specialized tasks must be specifically agreed upon where offered. Cleaning does not include repairs, restoration, pest treatment, furniture staging, or removal of hazardous materials unless expressly included in a separate appropriate agreement.

We may decline tasks that require specialized licensing, equipment, training, or unsafe working conditions.

Customer Authority and Responsibilities

By arranging services, you confirm that you are authorized to grant access to the property and approve the requested work.

Before our arrival, please secure valuables, cash, jewelry, fragile items, confidential documents, medications, and weapons. Identify items or areas that should not be cleaned or moved, and disclose delicate finishes, loose fixtures, damaged surfaces, and manufacturer-specific care instructions.

Please remove ordinary clutter that prevents access to agreed cleaning areas. Organizing or moving substantial belongings is included only when expressly agreed.

Property Access and Utilities

Please arrange reliable access at the agreed time and provide any necessary parking instructions, permissions, or building access requirements.

Unless otherwise agreed, the property must have working electricity, running water, adequate lighting, and a safe indoor temperature. Access information should be shared directly through an agreed method rather than posted publicly or entered into general website forms.

If we cannot safely access or service the property, we may need to reschedule or end the visit. An access, waiting, or missed-visit charge applies only if disclosed and accepted before booking and permitted by law.

Pets, Children, and On-Site Safety

Please keep pets safely secured and arrange appropriate supervision for children and other occupants. Our team does not provide childcare, pet supervision, or responsibility for occupants’ movements.

Tell us in advance about aggressive animals, infestations, contagious hazards, exposed sharps, bodily fluids, suspected mold, dangerous substances, or other conditions that could affect safety.

We may pause or refuse work when conditions present a reasonable safety concern, involve harassment, or fall outside the agreed service scope. Any charges for work already performed or a disrupted visit will be handled according to the accepted agreement and applicable law.

Cleaning Products and Surface Care

Please disclose known sensitivities, allergies, product restrictions, and special surface-care requirements before service. We will discuss whether we can reasonably accommodate your request.

Customer-supplied products or equipment may be used only with our agreement. We may decline products or methods that appear unsafe or unsuitable.

Some stains, odors, mineral deposits, discoloration, and wear may not be removable through ordinary cleaning. We cannot guarantee restoration of damaged, aged, improperly installed, or previously treated materials. This does not excuse damage caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Appointment times and arrival windows will be communicated during scheduling. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, reschedule, or change the requested work.

Any cancellation deadline, deposit condition, or cancellation fee must be disclosed and accepted before the appointment is confirmed. Fees will not be imposed solely because they appear in a later website update.

We may need to reschedule because of severe weather, illness, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances affecting service. We will communicate changes as reasonably practicable. If we cancel and cannot arrange a mutually acceptable alternative, any prepaid amount for unperformed services will be refunded.

Recurring Cleaning Plans

Recurring services follow the frequency, scope, pricing, and cancellation terms accepted when the plan begins. A recurring cleaning schedule does not, by itself, authorize automatic payment.

Any automatic billing or renewal arrangement requires separate authorization and clear disclosure of the amount or calculation method, billing frequency, and cancellation process.

You may request changes or cancellation using the contact details below. Cancellation does not remove responsibility for services already performed or previously accepted charges that lawfully apply. Changes to recurring pricing or material terms will be communicated before they take effect, with an opportunity to decline future services.

Payments and Billing

Payment methods, due dates, deposits, and applicable taxes will be stated in your quote, booking confirmation, or invoice. Please review billing details and contact us promptly about suspected errors.

Late fees, returned-payment charges, or collection costs apply only where disclosed, accepted, and permitted by law. We may decline future appointments because of unpaid amounts, subject to any applicable agreement and legal requirements.

Nothing in these terms restricts your right to dispute a charge or exercise protections available through your payment provider or applicable law.

Vacation Rentals, Move-Outs, and Pre-Listing Cleaning

For rental turnovers and time-sensitive property services, please provide accurate access details, deadlines, occupancy information, and task priorities. Laundry, linen replacement, supply restocking, inventory checks, and property inspections are included only when expressly agreed.

Cleaning services do not guarantee a guest review, security-deposit return, inspection result, property sale, rental income, or compliance with a third party’s requirements.

Owners, hosts, property managers, and real estate representatives remain responsible for maintenance, safety compliance, furnishings, and the property’s readiness beyond the cleaning tasks we accept.

Service Concerns and Property Damage

Please report missed tasks, service concerns, suspected damage, or missing items as soon as reasonably possible. Include the service date, affected area, and available supporting details so we can investigate.

We may request a reasonable opportunity to inspect the issue and discuss an appropriate response, which may include corrective cleaning, repair, reimbursement, or another resolution depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Prompt reporting helps preserve evidence, but these terms do not create an automatic forfeiture of legal rights for failing to meet an arbitrary reporting deadline.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration unrelated to our work. Responsibility for loss or damage will depend on the facts, the applicable agreement, and the law.

Photographs and Customer Information

We may request or, with appropriate permission, take relevant photographs to assess cleaning needs, document property conditions, or investigate a service concern.

We will seek separate permission before using identifiable customer property photographs, testimonials, or personal details for public marketing. Permission to perform cleaning does not automatically grant permission for promotional use. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Website Content and Automated Assistance

Website descriptions, images, and examples provide general information. Actual services, availability, and pricing are determined through the accepted quote or booking process.

If we provide automated chat or scheduling tools, their responses assist with inquiries and routine tasks. A chat response does not independently change an accepted service agreement or confirm work beyond the booking system’s actual confirmation.

Please contact our team if information appears inaccurate or if you need clarification before relying on it. Our website and chat tools are not emergency-response services.

Communications and Text Messaging

We may contact you about your inquiry, quote, booking, service, or billing using the contact information you provide, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

Providing a telephone number does not automatically enroll you in promotional text messaging. Where required, we obtain separate consent for automated or promotional messages. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing cleaning services.

If you enroll in a text messaging program, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us using the details below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information and messaging consent. Any additional messaging-program terms will be presented when applicable.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

You may use our website to learn about our services and communicate with us lawfully. You may not misuse forms, submit fraudulent requests, interfere with website security, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or customer information.

Our branding, logos, original website content, and other protected materials belong to Mighty Clean or their respective owners. Except as permitted by law, copying or commercial use requires the appropriate owner’s permission.

Nothing in these terms prohibits honest customer reviews, lawful complaints, or communications with regulators.

Responsibility and Limitations

Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations under applicable law. Customers are responsible for reasonably foreseeable consequences of materially inaccurate instructions, undisclosed hazards, or lack of authority to arrange access, to the extent their conduct causes the loss.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for speculative or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when services were agreed upon.

No exclusion or limitation in these terms applies where prohibited by law or excuses fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of claims for personal injury or property damage.

Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Severe weather, utility interruptions, road closures, public emergencies, and other events beyond reasonable control may affect scheduled services. The affected party should notify the other as reasonably practicable and work toward an appropriate rescheduling or cancellation arrangement.

Such an event does not automatically permit charges for services that were not performed or eliminate refund rights required by law.

Resolving Questions and Disputes

Please contact us first if you have a question or dispute so we can review the circumstances and attempt a practical resolution. This request does not limit your right to seek legal advice, contact a regulator, use small claims court, or pursue other available remedies.

Applicable law will determine the governing rules and appropriate forum, including any mandatory protections associated with the customer’s location or the location of the services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Updates do not retroactively change an accepted quote, completed transaction, or existing service agreement. Material changes affecting future services will be communicated and accepted where required by law.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
